Time and time again, leaders have shown the path towards navigating crises with integrity, creativity, and ingenuity. Coronavirus has shaped societies, economies, and governments in a new path, and many people will be in need of help in such an unpredictable future. As we enter a new normal, leading like a humanitarian is what we, at Ignite, believe all leaders should be practicing. It can be said that a company culture grounded on humanity, paves the way for better customer centricity and a better sense of organizational purpose, consequently leading to more growth. And growth will be hard-pressed to find in the new normal.
